payment is required upon signing the rental agreement. The payment
has to be done with a valid credit card (Visa/Master/Eurocard, Diners
Club or American Express), travellers cheques or in cash (also foreign
currencies) - foreign cheques cannot be accepted.
quoted rates include free mileage, unlimited public liability and
all the usual insurance coverage like CDW (collision damage waiver),
TW (theft waiver), Personal Insurance, Bail Bond etc. The difference
is that there is no excess so nothing to pay in the event of an accident!
Our insurance is simply zero-deductable. You have no responsability
in the event of damage caused by accident and reported to the police!
You will be asked to pay by credit card on arrival as a security measure
against vehicle theft but in the event of an accident this is not deductable
for bodywork damage.
The fuel used during the rental is not included in our rates.
On collection, the car will be delivered with a certain amount of fuel in the
tank. We just ask you to return the car with the same amount of fuel.
LOST CAR KEYS
Car keys are "chip-coded" affairs
these days and are both timely and costly to replace. If you hapen to lose your
car key we will charge you EUR 200,00 to replace it +
any transport costs associated in connecting you and the new key. You may opt
to replace the key personally at the manufacturers rates locally if you prefer
to do so. Please take good care of the key!
TYRES & GLASSES
customers are responsible
for damage to the cars tyres and glass, if not caused by accident, during the
hire period. Please don't park up the vehicle with personal objects inside
which is simply too darned attractive to thiefs.
